Last May my fridge stopped making ice. I replaced the ice maker and the water inlet valve and it worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. It started getting twitchy when filling the ice tray, the valve would only open for less than a second and let in enough water to fill one or two cubes, I started getting hollow ice, and then nothing at all. Found the fill tube frozen last night and thawed it, it started back up but is still not filling smoothly.

I wired the inlet valve to the water dispenser control on the door, and when I ran it, it ran smoothly so the valve appears to be ok. However it's still only putting out 1 second or less bursts of water over the course of several minutes to fill the ice tray.

I'm assuming either a wiring issue or a bad control board, but I don't know where to go from here.
