I have searched for my model number and didnt find anything i apologize if it was but i do see this is pretty common among this company. I have ice built up on the floor of the freezer and my wife and i find water pooling outside on the floor in the bottom corner. I hope there is a semi simple way to fix this as i am not very familiar with fridges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.
