Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool KEMC378KSS03 Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a service manual
You will have to join the site and be able to download the manual.

I am assuming that by " remains on low" you mean that it stays in preheat and everything looks normal but neither element has any heat.

Could be that the thermal overload (item 37 in section 01 of the parts) is open. Also called a thermal fuse.

Unplug the unit.
Check the overload with a meter, should be 0 ohms.

My Kitchen Aid Superba Wall combo oven/microwave will not bake or broil after I set the self cleaning on. The oven did not clean and now it will not heat up. It turns on but remains on low but does not get hot. The fan does work as well as the microwave so there is electricity.

Please help! Super Bowl weekend coming!

Thanks!
