Unfortunately nothing is a certainty but the control board is the most likely.
I would remove it and check for a few things before replacing it.
Check that the connector for the oven sensor is clean.
Check the connector on the board for a cold solder joint.
Often a cold solder joint is a duller silver color and/or may have pin holes.
Gently wiggle the connector while watching the solder side of the board, to see if the connector legs move in the solder.
Look at the copper tracks to the connector to be sure they are OK.
A magnifying glass helps with the above.
If all OK then I would replace the board.

My Ge Wall Oven Has Been Showing Fault Code F3. I Replaced The Oven Temp Sensor And Still Same Error Code. I Checked And Cleaned Contact Connections. After This It Worked Code Free For 2 Or 3 Cooking Cycles And Then Quit In The Middle Of The Third. I Get 1075 Ohms Resistance From Both The Old And New Replacement Temp Sensor. Can This Certianly Mean The Oven Control Is Bad ?
