Sometimes just removing the door and re-installing it will fix this problem.

If the above does not work then I would replace the hinges.
Could be that part of it may be damaged or the springs have lost some tension.
See the below so yo have something as a reference.

Our Thermador oven door no longer closes tightly. There is nothing visibly obstructing nor does anything visibly appear bent.

Google search seems to suggest replacing the hinges (#00487238).

Does one also typically need to replace the hinge support (#00415049) or does that have nothing to do with keeping the door closed?

Is there any way to fix/strengthen the hinge short of replacing the hinges?
