1. Microwave will run continuously (turntable turning and very dim interior light) and stop if you push in on the door handle. Even pushing clear/cancel button doesn't stop it, however pushing in on the door shuts it off until you release the door, then begins again.

2. Everything runs when you input a cook time or cycle but no heating at all. All other functions work on command: vent fan, lights etc.

Any ideas???????
