If the broil element works, then you will likely need to replace the oven control, the part that sends the power to the bake element. You could also have a wire off or burnt, but that would be unlikely if you did not see anything when you had access to the element. The correct control for your model is available at the link below.

Does the broil element work in the lower oven? Do you have a meter to test voltage with?

I have a Maytag Gemini double oven and am having problems with the lower oven. It heats to ~275 degrees, but no hotter. The lower element doesn't heat at all, but we had it tested and it tests fine. What could cause this issue and how do I fix it???
