Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool KEBC107KSS04 Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for your tech sheet.

You could check the light power supply transformer for continuity/resistance (see the tech sheet) of both windings. Be sure to disconnect one side of the winding when measuring. This prevents you from reading an alternate/parallel circuit path.
If it and them wiring are OK then it is probably the control board.

Kitchenaid wall oven interior lights suddenly stopped working (2) simultaneously; Bulbs not burned out. When I push the "oven lights" control pad, only hear the single beep & a secondary sound of possibly a relay operating. When I open the oven door, same deal - no lights. There are 2 halogen lights in this oven. The control panel works everything else properly, so I'm inclined to think "it" is OK? Is there some interior fuse that might be blown preventing the lites from working? I did hit the main breaker off, then reset oven - didn't fix. Any suggestions very much appreciated. Really hoping this IS NOT the "mother board" - which I think is over $300. I'll use a candle if it's that for now!!
