It would help if you could locate the model number for this one... Double check the freezer door switch, I seem to recall seeing this problem once before where the ice system wouldn't operate and I traced it down to the door switch.. The customer bugged Sears' customer service over the phone enough that they sent him a new switch free of charge just to shut him up...

Ice make makes ice, however at door when you press the ice dispenser, it does not work. It appears that nothing occurs, as if it's electrical issue. Nothing is jammed and water works fine. Any suggestions where to start looking ?? This model has water filter on right upper door. Side-by-side model. Not sure of the model.
