So I tried to get it to operate, no luck, the touch screen works fine, none of the buttons work, you push it, it makes three quick beeps and does nothing

Our dryer started acting weird the other day, making beeping noise, you push the off button, after 15 seconds or so, the LCD screen lights up again, there is no load in it. Now it will not work at all. The LCD screen works, none of the function buttons work, they beep when you push them the first time, push it again, no beep. Push the off button, does nothing, not sure if it is a control board issue, or the console itself,
