A model number may help others help you.

I do not know if this unit has the switch as part of the float assembly or if it is a separate part. In any case you may need the float assembly not the switch.

Take the float assembly apart and check/clean it.
Often a dirty float assembly will leak.

My dishwasher is leaking water right underneath the overflow float switch, the switch seams to operate ok, but the water is dripping under the dishwasher. Does this mean that I have to replace the overflow float switch? And how, any utube postings out there?
Thanks
