I have an ice maker that dispenses into a "tub" in the freezer and not thru the outside of the door. It does not dispense any ice. There is also a rythmic rattling noise every 4 seconds or so. There is actually ice in the ice maker but it doesn't flip over and drop it in the "tub". I thawed out out the whole fridge/freezer and then plugged it back in and I still have the problem. What do you think is the problem?
