Do you have the tech sheet/wiring diagram for this unit as I cannot find one.
It is usually in the machine compartment under the unit. Sometimes taped to the rear cover, sometimes taped to the kick plate and sometimes just stuffed in there.

The humming and then shut off of the compressor sort of points toward either a compressor or it's start device problem.
Unfortunately this doe not explain why you do not have any fans.

Below is a good site with info on how to check the compressor etc.
How To Fix a Refrigerator - Appliance Repair Guide - ACME HOW TO.com

Note that the compressor winding test can tell you if a compressor is bad but does not tell you that the compressor is good. It could have other internal problems that would cause it not to start.

I would also check that the compressor is getting the full 120 volts.
On most units the compressor and it's fan are wired in parallel so that they should both be on at the same time. I cannot confirm this without looking at a wiring diagram for this unit.

See the attachment for a service manual.

You said the evaporator/freezer fan is off.
Also that the condenser is warm, did you mean the compressor?

Is the compressor on?
You can usually hear it but also should be able to feel it vibrating.

If the compressor and both fans are off then you may be stuck in a defrpost cycle.
Try turning the defrost timer (item 1501 in section 10) cam.
There should be a hole in it's mounting bracket to let you do this without removing any parts.
It only turns in one direction.
If the unit fires up replace the defrost timer.

I did mean the compressor, but both fans aren't working and no cool air is moving through the fridge.

Tried turning the knob for the defrost timer and all it does is shut everything off at one clicking point, then if I keep turning it to the next clicking point I start to get a humming noise again. In this mode, every so often there is a louder hum from the compressor and some vibration that lasts about 10 sec each time. Still no fans going or cool air in the fridge.

Any other thoughts for things to try? Appreciate your help!

My fridge and freezer stopped cooling all of a sudden. The fan isn't running, but everything else appears to be on. I'm not getting any cold air what so ever. Still getting power because the fridge lights come on though, I can hear something running, and the condensor is warm, but I can't figure out why no cold air is coming through or the fan won't go. Any help in figuring out what part I need to repair the fridge is much appreciated. Thanks Tom
