Cannot find any info using the given Model Number, please check it.

The below assumes that the unit has some signs of life re: the pump runs etc.
I would check that the float is not stuck in the up position.

Remove the kick plate the overflow switch is usually on the left hand side.
This switch should be activated by the float, if it is not the unit will not fill.

Check that the water valve is getting 120 volts when it should.
If it does not, then the problem is likely the overfill switch, the controller or a bad wire from the controller to the valve.

If it gets 120 volts then either the valve is toast or the filter screen on the inlet side of the valve is clogged.
Remove the valve and if it is clogged clean it. Do not remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood.
If it is clean then replace the valve.

Always a good idea to check that the unit is getting water and that someone has not turned it off by mistake.
