go to manualowl.com, put in your model no. and it will put up a repair manual that tells you how to run a diagnostics test on the machine.

first unplug the unit for a couple of minutes and the plug back in and see if it operates. sometimes they just need resetting. let's start there

Everything on the control board lights up ok but when I press a button it just beeps at me and does nothig. Any ideas?
