Assuming that model number is XW2, not CW2, remove the top screw from each of the two hinges on the rear of the top panel and remove the wire harness cover. Pull the top panel forward 1/2", lift 1/4", push back 1/4" and lift to open. It's called the "Z" maneuver.

I am trying to replace my suspension kits on my washer and cant figure out how to open the top to get to them.
Any suggestions?
