With this model even Whirlpool does not know the answer. Since it gave you the diagnostics that suggests the CCU is okay. The pump is probably okay, but be sure and clean it out if you have not already done so.

Use the tech notes to test the motor control board, and make sure the connections on the door lock mechanism and the CCU are really snug.

If you still have the problem try replacing the motor control board. If you buy from this site and that part does not fix the problem you can return it.

Ran diagnostics Got error codes 6/1 1/2 9/1 9/2
Checked connectors and reinserted
Ran diagnostics again and had no codes
Drained fine for two washloads
Then same problem
CPU? MCU? CCU? drain pump?
