I don't have to tell you what a piece of crap this machine is, but I'm hoping someone can tell me why my washer is acting like this.

At about 24 minutes (I assume that's the start of the rinse cycle) it seems to hang there for who knows how long. I've been sitting here for about half an hour and the timer hasn't moved. The drum sounds like it rotates for about 1 second, then a pause, then another brief 1 second move, then pause, etc. This has been happening for the last half hour. Here is a video to hear what it's doing.

I cancelled the cycle and then tried to run a rinse & spin and it does this same thing. Rinse and spin is a 26 minute cycle and although nothing has been happening in the drum, the timer has been counting down. It's at 19 minutes with nothing happening.
