Hello, Devon.

There is no tub bearings in the WTW5600XW0 model. It sounds like noise is made by the gearcase assembly.

Part number: W10324649
Part number: W10324649

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Gearcase, Motor and Pump parts for Whirlpool WTW5600XW0 - AppliancePartsPros.com

Post the results.

Simon.

My cabrio seems to have a bad bearing. On the spin/drain cycle during last 10 minutes of cycle it sounds like a freight train. The video on bearing change on this site says the parts are compatible with 6000 and 7000 series.
A local parts supply shop told me the bearing is in the outer tub and I just needed to order the outer tub.... so I did. no bearing in tub.
Is the bearing replacable in the 5600 series? if so, what are the correct part numbers, how do I get them.

Thank you

Devon
