Hi.

Most likely there is shorted diode or grounded magnetron.
Use the multimeter to run continuity test.

Before handling the diode properly discharge the hi-voltage capacitor.

If diode shows continuity-replace it. If the magnetron filament contacts shows continuity to the body-replace the magnetron.
You actually may replace both the, price of the diode is only few dollars.

When turned on would make a loud buzzing noise. Turn off &back on workrd fine. Now will only come on and make buzzing sound, no heat.
