Hi,
Because water was dispensing very slowly, I replaced the water filter(it was long over due, the old filter was quite discolored). On the first try after installing the new filter, the water blasted out of the dispenser for about 2 seconds, then stopped altogether. I can still hear the motor trying to work, but nothing comes out of the dispenser. If I activate the dispenser without a filter, water does come out where the filter should be. I also put back the old filter that was dispensing water very slowly, but now no water comes out at all. My guess is there is a blockage somewhere, but I do not know where to start to look, I don't know how the tubing is run.
Any ideas on what I can do to get the dispenser working again?
