Hi. If you remove the double wires from the switch you will see that they are piggy back contacts. This is regular 5 prongs switch Part number: AP2023620

excust the lack of proper terminology, but the switch has 7 "male" connections. four burners on the unit and 2 types of switches, 2- 5 male connections and 2 -7 male connections

I checked all sites and came up with the same result. It's the AP2023620. Are you counting the wires off the switch or actual switch contacts? According the model number you provided there are four infinite switches and all identical. Did you get the model number from the unit itself?

Looking to replace element switch on the above cook top. Your part # AP2023620 does not appear to be the one I need. I looks like it has only five wire leads and the one I need has seven and is marked 7736WH. What can I do to find this or search correctly? Thanks for your help.
