Hi.

Plug in the washer into different outlet to make sure there is the 120VAC to the washer.
Open the control panel and make sure all connectors between the Main control (MCU) and User Interface (UIC) are fully inserted.
If all looks good - replace the User Interface

Look for the tech sheet inside the cabinet.

There is still a small chance that the main control is bad, you can get it from APP and return if don't need it.

washer will not start or light up control panel. ? how do I Know if its the control board or circut board?
