Are you sure that the last digit is a Z and not a 7?
No info comes up for a DWHZ.

I would disconnect the meat probe at the control board before replacing the control board, just to be sure that some crud has not contaminated the probe jack and the unit is reading this as the probe being connected.

You could also check the probe resistance when it is not installed.
Then unplug/remove power from the unit.
Install the probe then check it's resistance at the control board.

The probe indicator is on, and asking me to remove the probe.
By going to roast or bake i can start the oven but not clean or do anythihg else. I am gong to guess it is the control panel.
