HI. According the wiring diagram the thermistors are measured in K ohm, so your reading should be 13.73kohm and 54kohm. If that so then thermistors should be OK. The inlet thermistor is Part number: 8577891

Electric dryer turns but does not heat. Checked power coming into dryer, got 240 volts between the outside legs and 125 volts between the inside leg and each outside leg. Single element heat strip. Measured 9.8 ohms on heat strip. Thermal cut off and high limit thermostat both measured 0 ohms. Exhaust thermistor measured 13.73 ohms. Inlet thermistor measured 54 ohms. Ran diagnostic check with control panel and it gives a f25 code which indicated inlet thermistor is shorted. Went to parts store and asked for inlet thermistor and they gave me thermal cut off kit (FTP 279816). It didn't solve the problem. Had service technician come out to house and he wanted to replace control panel. Couldn't see spending $200 on a 2 year old dryer and then getting a 60 day warranty. Any suggestions before I replace dryer?
