	Hi. Pull the agitator straight up, take the screw out and remove the coupling of the shaft. Check if the coupling splines are stripped inside and out. Check the agitator splines. Replace if needed. The coupling Part number: WH49X10042 The agitator Part number: WH43X10033 Here are the breakdown diagrams and 03-Tub, Basket & Agitator parts for GE VBXR1090B0WW - AppliancePartsPros.com Post the results. 	The model number is VBXR1090B0WW.. We was pushing down on the agitator
