Thank you very much for your quick response today.
Regarding the tub leaning, I see there are three springs at the bottom and strongly stay there.
What else shall I do?

I have questions about the Whirlpool toploaders:
1. the agitator is not turning.
2. the tub is leaning to the backside and making loud noise.
3. it is not spinning fast enough to extract water out of the clothes.
Your quick response will be highly apprecated.
