My Duet washer will not run. Has power, control panel lights, door locks, but will not fill. No solenoid sounds after door lock. After cancelling operation, door will not open, drain spin light flashes, and can't turn power off. Codes latest to oldest- F21, 24, 34, 88. Pump filter was full and emptied. Can not run diagnostic. There is a click, then nothing. Have to unplug washer to reset.
I'm at a loss. PLEASE HELP.
