If I could find out what the temp. range on the RTD is, I could find one that can be adapted.

I don't think it is possible because the manufacturer does not sell it separate.

I have had to change the front right custom control element twice on this unit. The elements test OK it the temp probe/thermocouple that fails. The part only comes as a complete unit with the element.
Is it possible to find a similar thermocouple that I can adapt to the element?
Has anyone tried this?
