Hi.
Most likely there is the sealed system problem. Could be because being in the storage or because you put it horizontal.
In any case you need a professional repairman to work on the sealed system.

Fridge Had Been Sitting For 3yrs Before It Was Given To Me.took It Home And Cleaned It Up W/hose On The Inside Only. It Was Very Dirty. It Was Stored Vertically.after It Was Clean My Wife And I Moved It In The House,it Was Horizontal For About 10-15 Min,plugged It In.it Ran For 12hours No Cold.unplugged It For 24 Hours It Has Now Been Plugged In For 3 Hours Still Not Cold.can Here Compressor Running But It Is Not Blowing Any Cold Air.i Am An Auto Mechanic By Trade So Im Not A Complete Idiot.please Help Soon
