Hi.

Remove the freezer door and check the cam risers (upper and lower). They are interlocking and that's what keep the door closed.
You may need to order the lower hinge assembly, because the lower cam not available.

When I let the door close by itself, it does not close shut and the ice starts forming around the freezer drawers and other plastic covers. One of the drawers got closed due to ice and does not open anymore. I contacted Samsung, but this happened within two months after the warranty and they will not take care of it anymore without charges. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks a Lot!!!
