I have a top freezer model fridge that is barely freezing ice and freezing food in fresh food area. The temp control has been replaced and the damper and surrounding areas have been cleaned. If temp control is turned to just above off the fridge will hold around 32 to 36 degrees. I also have the damper turned almost off to fridge section which helps lower the freezer temp and stablizes the fridge a little. Sometimes I hear the compressor try to start for a second or two and then stop for a couple of minutes before trying again. Yesterday I had to manually turn the defrost timer numerous times before the compressor kicked in and started. Please Help. Thank you
