Hi.

If you don't have air flow with the vent disconnected from the dryer the first thing to check is the blower. Open the blower housing and check it the wheel is not spinning free on the shaft. Also check all internal air ducts for blockage.

Dryer heats up but no air flow. Already checked for lint build up.
