I have been reading through the threads about this problem, and am just trying to start diagnosing my problem. Dishes put in the top rack of my KitchenAid dishwasher aren't being cleaned. Food is left inside and on top of things put in the top rack, but dishes in the bottom rack clean perfectly. How do I start? We had been using Method dish tablets for a long time, but switched to a name brand tab a week ago to see if this would help. The dishes in the bottom are now squeaky clean. There is no change in the upper rack. Suggestions?
