My ice maker stopped working and I'm trying to find a replacement part.

This has happened before about 5 years ago and I found a part at a local company, but I paid too much for that -- and that company is no longer in business anyway.

According to your parts search, this refrigerator did not come with an ice maker, so none is listed as a replacement parts list, but it was installed when I bought the fridge new.

On the ice maker (under the cover) is stenciled the following:

Can you help me find a replacment?
