Noticed while waiting for washer to agitate, so I could turn it off to soak, that when agitation should have begun it did not. You could hear it trying to agitate, it was like it was not engaging. After the soak, I drained the tub and kicked it into spin. Then I started it again. This time the high agitation worked just fine! I don't know what is wrong but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have to check it each agitation cycle to make sure it is agitating now. Tedious. Is there a fix? I have a handyman who is willing to help but he's never heard of this problem.

Thanks!
