If you empty the freezer and pull off the inside back wall under the evaporater coil is a tray that is probabbly filled with ice. clear out the ice and in the center you will see a hole about the size of a dime. HI.
You have the case of clogged condensate drain line.
Remove the back panel in the freezer, melt all the ice and unclog the drain. You can use the hairdryer, hot water and patience.
