Hi.

Open the control panel, locate the P4 plug at the machine control. Check the connection and harness.
Set washer for drain and check for 120VAC at P4. No voltage - replace the machine control Part number: W10249237
Part number: W10249237

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for Whirlpool WTW6800WW1 AUTOMATIC WASHER | AppliancePartsPros.com

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.

Washer will not drain. Removed pump and did not find any thing in it. I can hear the pump humming. Checked pump ohms and it was 14. Checked pump power in when it was humming and it was 23.5 volts. Any Ideas
