Well, can only give you generic advice which may or may not apply to your machine without a model number.

Take off the front panel and reach up on the door lock side. You should feel an oval tab. Pull down on it gently and it should release the door.

Clean out the drain/pump system and then see if this does not solve your problem.

If you need more info, post the results of what you have done and a full model number.

its a front end loader the washer runs it cycles to complete but still have water inside the washer so the door stays lock u can't open whats the problem...
