You may want to start the troubleshooting from verifying 240 VAC at the dryer terminal block (#5 at the diagram). The heating element needs 240 VAC while the motor requires only 120 VAC.

Hi,

I would check the heating element for continuity with a multimeter. If the element has no continuity it is bad and needs to be replaced.

Dryer not heating. Hpow do you troubleshoot to find out if it is the heating element and how do you replace it?
