What is the complete model number of the oven?

We have a Kenmore Elite Triple Task gas oven that doesn't heat. We took out the bottom plate so we could see the fire bar. When we start the oven the pilot lights the flames, but then they immediately go out. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong?
