Does it run? Does it make any noise? Check the power at the wall outlet? Check the inside switch (if there are any) and make sure you did turn the thermostat "on".

Try to find the name plate with the complete model number.

I hate to but a new one sisnce I ahven't had this one very long.

Maybe the model number is S15. I couldn't see it real well.
