Hi.

First check if you have correct belt. The part number is AP4035118. Attach the motor and pump with the belt inside reattach motor with 4 bolts. Then install the belt on the motor pulley and then on the transmission pulley. The belt is not suppose to touch pump mounts. The tension pulley must be outside the belt. Unfortunately there is now picture or diagram is available. Good luck.

Procedure to replace drive belt. Proper belt seems to small.
1.Remove Power, turn water off
2.remove front cover.
3.remove 2 front springs and 4 bolts holding the pump and motor in bracket.
4.remove pump and remove old belt and pay attention that the new belt is correctly installed.
5.replace pump and replace bracket assembly with motor and pump.
6.Belt should roll on to the pulley correctly, to tight, does not seem I have the right belt. The tension is off the pulley also.
7. How do I make this belt to fit? I even tried putting the belt on both pulley and tried to put the bracket up correctly, could not get the holes to aligned properly with all that tension.
