Hello. The secondary is the one that leads to the ice maker so it is the one that has failed. The primary goes to the water filter and the secondary, (when good), keeps the water from trickling in and freezing the fill tube. Hope this was helpful!

Ice maker supply tube inside freezer freezing up. From what I have found out the water valve needs replacing. this model has 2 valves primary and a secondary. AP4013367 after filter andAp4013715 primary before filter. I am thinking the secondary anybody know which needs to be replaced thanks
