The motor for the ice auger is not working. I first replaced the motor before checking to see if it had power (not smart on my part). Since it still wasn't working, I checked to see if I was getting 120 v and I am not getting any voltage at all. I checked the connector under the cover on the top door hinge and that looks good.

I wanted to verify that the next step is to replace the control board. I do not want to keep buying parts and replacing them to find out that it didn't solve the problem. Somebody else said they saw a thread stating this, but I haven't been able to find it.

You provide an excellent service to your customers with this forum, and it is greatly appreciated by me.

Any advise would be helpful.

Thanks

Scott
