The problem I have been having is the freezer makes ice intermittantly, ice would melt in the freezer, product would thaw out somewhat from time to time, when you open the refrigerator door, on the bottom left where there is a chase from the fridge to the fridge to the freezer, there is ice, was looking on your site and it may be the thermistor, but would like to know what I should trouble shoot before ordering parts from you or what could be the problem. Also, fans work in the the fridge and freezer, and how many fans are there total in each compartment? Thanks for you help.
