Hi There,

I have a 5 year old (ish) portable GE Nautilus (GSD4200J00WW) that I'm troubleshooting.

The water fills fine and moves into the wash cycle but A) The water doesn't drain out... it seems stuck on wash. I'm not hearing the solenoid "click". B) it could be the solenoid but it seems that it's not "cycling" properly and could be some kind of timing switch (???).

I'v changed out the piston and nut assembly and checked carefully for clogged hoses and valves to no avail. I'm about to change the solenoid but I'm wondering if there is another problem that would keep the water from draining... the pump is working fine.

Thanks!

TC
