I have a bosch single oven (built into the cabinet) today the cooling fan will not stop running and when I open the oven, it is still hot (like it is on), however, it is off. Because it is built into the cabinet, to find the wiring components will be hard. Any suggestions other than calling a service tech? PS: the model is the HBL/HBN 7 series, but when I go to Bosch website, there is no such model number - is this model discontinued?
