That happens lot, glad you got it fixed and thanks for updaing us, that is very helpful for the people that read this Forum.

it was a bra wire in the drain that had the drain clogged up. There was large amounts of lint and 30 dollars in coins..........

If you will post a model number someone may be able to help.
In the meantime, look under the top cover or inside the lower service panel to see if you can find some tech notes and use them to do some diagnostic testing.

It gets stuck during the cycle. I have changed the drain valve. checked the water level tube. I am not sure what to try next. It seems to get stuck on 17 min and I advance it then it gets stuck on 12 min and stays forever. When I advace it thru the water never drains out.
