Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KEBC208KSS04 30" BUILT-IN ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN THERMAL CONVECTION SELF-CLEAN | AppliancePartsPros.com

The following may help even though it is fora KEBS208.
Whirlpool KAC-49 27 & 30 inch Electric Built-In Double Oven Service Manual - ApplianceDigest.com
You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

With the door off, do I disassemble from the front or back of the door? Thanks.

DOOR IS MUCH HEAVIER THAN FEELS with HINGES ATTACHED

When you fold the oven door down to open position, on the oven body, is there a chrome or metal trim piece that looks like it covers the slot/cavity the door hinge slides into ? I can't see in the schematic.

If yes, use a screw driver to remove the cover plate on both sides.

Close the door 3/4 then lift firmly, door will release up, and hinges will "snap" as springs release from oven body. Remember, door is heavier without counterbalance springs holding it up.

Pretty simple to remove fasteners and remove out door shell, inner glass frames, and get to door glass panel.

Good luck.

When replacing door to body, slip hinges into oven body from above and allow door to close all the way then it should slip down onto the hinge pins inside the oven body. You might have to push in on the door a little more than you think to compress door seal and allow hinges to catch.

Good luck
